Hello and thank you for your interest in partnering with us! We would love to know more about your products. We are especially interested in products that are grown/made in New Hampshire or New England states (Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts), products that have recyclable, biodegradeable, or reusable packaging, and companies that have a mission that is similar to ours. Please review our food safety requirements listed below before applying to be a vendor. We will respond to you as soon as possible and we look forward to working with you!
Requirements:
- Proof of business registration from the state department
- Proof of product liability insurance
- Producer/manufacturer be able to deliver product to store during hours of operation (Tues-Friday 10am-7pm, Sat and Sun 10am-6pm)
- If product must be refrigerated or frozen it must be delivered on a refrigerated truck
- Products must be packaged in recyclable or biodegradeable packaging, or packaging that you will take back and reuse such as milk bottles for example. We strive to avoid single-use plastic packaging on all of our products.
- Proof that your product/facility meets food safety standards. Please include recent inspection records from a regulatory agency such as Department of Agriculture or Local City Health Department. We may require a visit to your place of production.
- Fresh Produce: Must have certification of training through a recognized training program such as Produce Safety Alliance, USDA Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Massachusetts Commonwealth Quality, Community Accreditation for Produce Safety or others.
- Herbs/micro greens, fresh dairy products, and eggs: Must meet the Code of Federal Regulations & FDA Preventative Controls Rule
- Product labels must include:

- UPC barcode & net weight (*Not required for scale weighted items)
- Nutrition facts panel (Exempt items include Coffee, Tea leaves, Alcohol, Water, Maple Syrup, Honey)
- Ingredient list (Required for food composed of more than one ingredient)
- Allergen statement if your product contains Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean shellfish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, and Soybeans/soy
- ‘Sell-By Date’, ‘Best if Used by Date’ or ‘Expiration Date’
- Place of production stated on product label
- Documentation of any claims made on product packaging (ex. Gluten free, Certified Organic)
